Change of bed linen

The bed linen is changed every 5 days or 7 days for a monthly rental.

Check-in

Your room will be available from 3.00 p.m. If you arrive before 3 p.m., you are welcome to leave your luggage until you can check into your room.

Check-out

We ask you to leave the room by 11.00 a.m. at the latest.
If available, a late check-out until 3.00 p.m. is possible for an extra charge.

City Ticket

With the City Ticket, you benefit from numerous advantages and discounts. This makes it easy to discover the diversity of the city of culture and spas.

You enjoy free travel by bus and train in zones 560 and 570.

The Aparthotel Guest Internet connection is included in your room rate and can be accessed without a password.

You have free Bareggcenter Public Internet access in the hotel lobby and in the Bareggcenter restaurant. A password is not required.

You can pay your invoices by debit or credit card or in cash. We also accept payment in EUR.

Reception is open daily from 06:30 to 23:30. Opening hours may vary on public holidays.

For early departures, please check out the evening before. You can leave the key card in your room.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs or pets that do not disturb other guests are welcome. A fee of CHF 10.00 per night will be charged. Any damage caused must be paid for on site. Dogs are allowed in our restaurant.

Sauna

Have you had a busy day and just want to relax and unwind? Then our ladies' and men's saunas are at your disposal.

To ensure that the sauna is heated up when you arrive and that there is enough space, we ask you to register by telephone before your visit. The sauna takes 30-45 minutes to reach full temperature.

The sauna is a nude area. Bath towels are available at reception.
